Led by director & owner Andrew Cairns, our qualified, experienced tradespeople are passionate about looking after our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. With a fully equipped workshop based at Staplyton, we have the resources, experience and expertise to handle the most complex projects.

Andrew has been in the engineering industry since 1992, and has worked for several Brisbane based engineering companies, of various sizes. He has numerous certifications including; Advanced Certificate in Engineering, Pneumatics, Aero-skills Practices, Front Line Management and Project Management to name a few. As a trade qualified toolmaker, he founded Brisbane Engineering Services with a view to service a niche market of clients with highly specific engineering requirements.

With a wealth of knowledge in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, food processing, medical & healthcare, toolmaking and special purpose machines, Andrew and his team have experience working across a broad range of projects and have the capabilities to work within the requirements of your project.

As a member of the Beenleigh Yatala Chamber of Commerce (BYCC), we’re proud to be a part of Australian manufacturing and a local employer. We’re passionate about mentoring the next generation of mechanical engineers. Since our establishment, we’ve had four apprentices successfully complete their training and gain their qualifications. We currently have three apprentices due to complete their training between 2025 and 2026.
